Android App vs. Web Browser on Mobile
The Android APK provides offline-ready assets, so graphics and fonts load faster on subsequent visits. Push notifications remind you of upcoming Liga 1 matches, live-dealer sessions, and slot tournaments. The app occupies modest device storage and runs efficiently on devices as old as Android 7.0. Web access via browser works on any device with Safari, Chrome, or Firefox, requires no installation, and updates automatically. Choose the Android app if you want speed and notifications. Choose the web version if you prefer simplicity or use multiple devices. Both give you the same account, payment options, and feature set.
Device Compatibility
We support Android 7.0 and newer. iOS requires Safari or a compatible browser; add-to-home-screen shortcuts work on iOS 12.2 and above. Desktop users can access coinqq.app on Windows, macOS, and Linux via Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Tablets (iPad, Samsung Galaxy Tab) are fully supported. We optimise for screens from 5 inches to 12 inches. If your device predates these versions, upgrade your operating system or contact our support team for compatibility guidance.

Troubleshooting Common Installation Issues
If your Android device blocks APK installation, check Settings > Security > Unknown Sources and enable it. If you see a certificate warning, this is normal for sideloaded apps; proceed with installation. On iOS, if add-to-home-screen does not work, ensure you are using Safari and iOS 12.2 or later. If the app crashes or pages load slowly, clear your browser cache or uninstall and reinstall the Android app. Ensure your internet connection is stable. If problems persist, our support team in Jakarta, Surabaya, and other regions assists via email, live chat, and phone during business hours in Indonesian and English.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
The coinqq Android app requests camera and photo permissions only during KYC verification, when you upload your ID and address proof. It does not access your contacts, calendar, or other personal data. All data in transit—account login, deposit, withdrawal, game history—is encrypted via TLS. We store your credentials and transaction records securely and never share them without a legal request. Your account is protected by two-factor authentication options (email or SMS) if you choose to enable them. Permissions can be revoked anytime in your device settings.
